Founder & Managing Principal

Steve Burrington brings a decade of property redevelopment and construction contracting experience to Alderfell. His eight years with Burrington Property Group included property flips, demolition, building improvements, excavation, and hands-on heavy equipment operation—connecting a property’s potential with the people and work needed to realize it.

He also worked in construction procurement and contracting supporting U.S. Department of Energy projects, including safety-significant nuclear work. That experience shaped his focus on clear scopes, contractor coordination, safety, and execution. His broader career in aerospace, negotiations, and business ownership adds depth in managing complex agreements and project demands.

Steve holds an Executive MBA from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University. At Alderfell, he combines that education with field experience and an established network of builders, operators, and specialty trades—setting clear expectations and taking ownership from planning through completion.
